1.Environmental Management

Environmental Impact Assessment EIA

Greenspeak assures to issue an authentic and well-defined Environmental Impact Assessment to its clients. As per SEPA ACT 2014, EIA is defined as: “An environmental study comprising of collection of data, prediction of qualitative and quantitative impacts, comparison of alternatives, evaluation of preventive, mitigation and compensatory measures, formulation of environmental management and training plans and monitoring arrangements and framing of recommendations and such other components as may be prescribed”. Abiding by the rules and regulations of SEPA, Greenspeak will regulate assessments, detailed surveys, and final compilation of EIA with our expertise team. We offers complete EIA assessments from screening to scoping and ends up with Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) conducted by a team of EIA experts with various backgrounds covering the social, physical, and ecological areas.

Initial Environmental Examinations IEE

It is start-up examination of environment done before the beginning of the construction to the site. IEE is implemented to check whether the relevant project can harm or change off the environmental parameters. Greenspeak, in the light of approved norms of SEPA provide definite and authentic IEE to our clients and make sure to issue No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the designated authorities with a vision to draw and maintain the stability of environment and economy of Pakistan.

Environment Management Plan EMP

EMP is presented to ensure and verify that all safe measures have been taken in construction, installation, and operation of a certain project. It basically enlists down all the environment protective adaptations as described by the provincial or national environmental protection authorities. Greenspeak identify targets and baseline, develop EMP, monitors and apply best and appropriate measures to our clients as prescribed by EPA. Greenspeak train the individuals for the implementation of the developed EMP for the relevant project and monitor and take measures to ensure environmental improvements and renewal of EMP before expiration for clients.

EAR contains tools which rate the environmental position and appearance of a certain firm. Greenspeak work with clients by briefing them about the environmental interactions of products, services & activities; how to maintain the environmental parameters low on budget and all the required efforts to withstand our clients.

Hazard & Risk Management

Greenspeak provide its best services to conduct risk management by identifying Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) hazards, determining the risk based on likelihood and severity of work injuries, ill health, and property damage, prioritising the implementation of preventive measures to mitigate these risks, and communicating the risk assessment to workers and management.

Social Surveys and Data Gathering

Social Surveys are typically questionnaires designed to collect information from large numbers of people in standardised form. Greenspeak conducts various types of surveys such as One-to-One interviews, Paper surveys, Telephonic Surveys, Online surveys as per the requirement. Greenspeak not only conduct survey through data gathering but also formulate a hypothesis, design, and conduct a study, draw conclusions, and report results.  

Birds and Bat Monitoring

Besides the Procedure development for Bird and Bat monitoring, our scope covers monitoring of bird and bats that consider all avifauna species with a focus of threatened species as indicated on the IUCN Red list. The scope is designed as per the local and international guideline, financiers’ requirement and subsequent Good International Industry Practice (GIIP). The method of bird monitoring covers vantage point studies, line transect, point surveys, active searching, carcass searches, scavenger efficiency trial and Signs / Tracks methods. The bat monitoring shall cover the scope of searching bats by physical search in old structures and using ultrasound detectors monitoring method. The surveys will identify IUCN globally threatened/near-threatened species, key foraging and roosting/resting areas and important habitats and propose mitigations measures.
